" I asked Paul to do my annual boiler service and cut off gas supply to my gas fire as I am replacing it with an electric one. Paul was keen to agree and arrange a suitable date/time, prompt in arriving, courteous and extremely tidy. My boiler had been losing pressure for a month but Paul identified the problem immediately whilst servicing it and resolved it explaining the issue to me in a non-technical way that I could understand. Gas supply to my fire was capped. Boiler manual service record completed and maintenance/service check provided. Won't hesitate to recommend him to family/friends "

Within 10 minutes of the advert being on Paul had messaged me as he was very local and could come within the next 2 days. He came not only on time but message to say he could be there sooner. He did a thorough inspection and service on my boiler due to an issue of it keep cutting out. He identified what could be the issue but didn’t see it causing a problem.
